EdiShorts Pro is a digital subscription that unlocks in-app content and features. Access is delivered instantly to your registered account upon successful payment; there is no physical product or shipping.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by emailing us. Cancellation stops any future billing. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because access is granted immediately and digitally, fees are generally non-refundable once a subscription period has begun. However, we will review refund requests fairly and issue a refund where required by applicable law, or in cases such as an accidental duplicate charge, a failed/unusable purchase, or a technical error that prevented access.
Email aapcare6@gmail.com from your registered email with your registered mobile number and the payment date. We respond to refund and unauthorised-transaction reports within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
